1. Delivery Locations
We currently deliver grocery products within selected cities and pin codes across India.
To check delivery availability in your area, please enter your pin code at checkout or contact our support team.

2. Delivery Timelines
We make every effort to ensure timely delivery of all orders.
Standard Delivery: Within 24 hours business days from order confirmation.
Same-Day or Next-Day Delivery: Available for select products and locations.
Rural or remote areas: Delivery may take 1-2 business days depending on logistics availability.
Note: Sundays, national holidays, and local restrictions may affect delivery schedules.
3. Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM are usually processed on the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email or SMS with tracking details (if available).
4. Shipping Charges
Free delivery on orders above ₹499 (may vary based on location or offers).
For orders below ₹499, a nominal delivery charge will apply, visible at checkout.
Additional delivery fees may apply for remote or special delivery locations.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver your order two times at the provided address.
If you are unavailable:
The delivery agent will contact you by call or SMS.
After two failed attempts, the order will be marked as undeliverable and may be returned to our warehouse.
If the order is returned due to the customer’s unavailability or wrong address, re-delivery charges may apply.
6. Packaging and Handling
All grocery products are carefully packed to ensure freshness, safety, and hygiene.
We use high-quality packaging materials and temperature-safe containers for perishable goods (where applicable).
7. Delays in Delivery
While we strive to deliver on time, certain factors may cause delays, such as:
Unforeseen weather conditions
Strikes, lockdowns, or transportation disruptions
Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
In such cases, we will notify you promptly and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or incomplete, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at grewalkhushdeepkaur@gmail.com
with photos or a short video.
We will verify and take appropriate action — replacement, refund, or store credit — as per our Refund & Return Policy.
9. Change in Delivery Address
You can request a change in the delivery address before the order is dispatched by contacting our support team.
Once the order is shipped, address changes may not be possible.
