Thank you for shopping with Prime Tasker. We take great pride in providing high-quality grocery items and excellent customer service. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding returns, replacements, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
As groceries and perishable products are sensitive in nature, not all items are eligible for return. Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
You received a damaged, expired, or wrong item.
The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
You notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Items such as fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, bakery goods, and frozen foods are non-returnable, except in cases of damage or quality issues at the time of delivery.
2. Return Process
If you are eligible for a return, please follow the steps below:
Send an email to grewalkhushdeepkaur@gmail.com
within 24 hours of delivery.
Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Our team will verify your claim and respond within 1–2 business days.
Once approved, our delivery partner will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to return the item.
3. Refunds
After the returned product is received and inspected:
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method (e.g., bank, UPI, or wallet).
If you paid Cash on Delivery (COD), we will request your bank details for the refund transfer.
Please note that delivery charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.
4. Replacements
If the product you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will gladly provide a replacement at no extra cost, subject to stock availability.
If the product is out of stock, you can choose between:
A refund for the item’s value, or
A replacement with a similar product of equal or higher value (with your consent).
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded once delivered, including:
Perishable items such as fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat, and bakery products.
Opened or partially used products.
Items with tampered or missing original packaging.
Products purchased during clearance sales or special offers marked as non-returnable.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once the order has been packed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
In case of a successful cancellation, your payment will be refunded within 5–7 working days.
7. Damages During Delivery
If your order is visibly damaged at the time of delivery:

If you have already accepted the order, kindly share photos of the damaged items within 24 hours for verification.
